Great episode, but James audio was soo pixelated/issues at the start of the video, I couldn't hear or understand him properly.
Just bought a PS5 for Ratchet and Clank, but I then remembered I can now get the FW DLC once it releases do I'm even more hyped now.
I feel like FW felt very slightly rushed in terms of story and characters once it got to the final few missions, but overall it was an incredibly worthy sequel.
U should try returnal and demons souls u won't regret it

Totally agree about the idea of a Rost spin-off game - especially as, in running down the bad guys, he presumably get’s to find out what it was the Outlanders were after (east of Devils Thirst) - the event that led to him becoming a Death Seeker in the first place. Maybe he also has to go and find what happened to ‘it’ as well either get it back or destroy it.
Great job RSQ I also think that sylens should get a spin off story because of the knowledge he learns throughout his life and in the story of hzd and hfw also I think the horizon TV show should be in the style of cyber punk TV show because I think it will be better than live action and they could have the same voice actors play the roles of the characters in the TV show also I feel I would like the TV show to focus around the battle of induring victory and learn more about that because to me it's very interesting topic of the horizon story anyway keep up the good work RSQ and good job
Still wonder if we are reading too much into the activation of the Horus in the ‘Burning Shores’ DLC trailer. Have joked that it’s just the result of Gildun pressing the wrong button (again), and while wanting to see it myself, I still wonder if it’s still really a third game protagonist element and the DLC appearance is just a teaser.

Hey rsq, have you seen NoxiousAsp's video on a potential leak for the dlc involving vast silver and speculative locations? It's really interesting and I think it's more than worth a watch!
23:00 i disagree i see what you mean but i really think that showing/ letting us live through Enduring Victory in the style of for example the battlefield 1 campaign could be really terrifying and would hone in into the dread and fear the people fighting were experiencing
27:31 that is the one thing i especially like about aloy is that she is flawed but also learns where are my mistake not like a new female protagonist from a certain film franchise im not going to mention here
A theory I have is that given that NEMESIS has the power to inhabit any from biological or mechanically and as a potential storyline and contrast with Aloy and Elisabeth, people who did everything they could to save the world, is that in order for the AI if it does have such a large size to have a human presence in the story and to gain access to the Terraforming System would create a clone of Elisabeth to inhabit and would be a dark reflection of Aloy, who would need to in effect flight a version of herself to save the world, with the possibility that Aloy would seek to free the clone thinking she was forced against her will only for the dark clone to have gained an Agent Smith like mentality due to having shared her mind with the most evil beings for all her life or that any implants or mental controls that NEMESIS has given the third clone and although the rest of FZ has been destroyed if the AI has any purely logical mindset it could see Beta and by extension Aloy due to them being identical clones as being the last members of FZ discounting the fact that Beta was an unwilling participant of FZ and would continue its mission to destroy Earth based on them being alive or something similar, what do you think?

HFW's gameplay was much better than HZD, but I do feel the story wasn't as good, nor the world as compelling. Maybe its because we know more about it now, or because there wasn't as much (compelling/meaningful) history in the data points, i'm not sure.
We knew Aloy had to reboot Gaia after the first game, so it was going to be involve some sort of fetch quest(s), but it really did just feel like the main story was fetch quests instead of discovering the unknown like HZD. I'm torn on both Varl and Nemesis. Varl is kind of Aloy's last link to the Nora tribe, and any thought of going back or anything. His willingness to learn, help, and balance out Aloy's personality was really good. I understand the need to up the stakes by killing off someone, but it just felt...like such a waste (maybe that's what the writers were going for, the futility of facing the Zeniths?).
Nemesis sets the stage for my biggest fear: a mass effect 3 with the possible sacrifice ending. It would be right up the arc of Sobeck/Aloy to give their lives for the world, but it's also too literal and obvious. It felt like tracking down an subduing Hephaestus wouldn't be enough for a third game, so they had to have some bigger bad guy. I'm not sure how it'll work, but I feel it's a high risk that Guerilla will have to be really careful to get right and not jump the shark or anything. They had a few close calls with that in HFW already (immortality, beta, nemesis). But at least Beta logically made sense. I do like the character development though, and agree that this game was more about character development than story.
My two big gripes are that (1) Regala and the rebels were a really weak implementation. It was just a rehash of the rebel camps from the first game. It felt like Regala and that civil war should have been a tandem main storyline that kept getting in the way of Aloy's main quest, but it fell really flat for me.
and (2) San Fransisco was a letdown. It felt built up in the trailers, with the rebels, Erend, and it being the destination of going west, like what the Quen made it out to be. It was just disappointing for me, rushed. It could have been integrated into the story so much more, I thought.
On the plus side, if Hephaestus got data from the Zeniths and their machine printer, who knows what cool machines it could make next.

Even Aloy kills most people that stand in her path (or did you sneak through whole game, to smartly complete objectives without raising suspicion and not killing most enemies)? What's the difference between her and Zeniths then?
They should wait until the 3rd game and just make a straight up movie with Aloy's story.
The TV show should be either an Elizabet and Faro story or a story of the new humans separating and becoming the different tribes.

I would love to get to know Travis Tate.Also would love to see some of the audio and video data points being made live (like the birthday hologram to that one guys kids). Maybe to see the Vantage points being recorded and that mans journey with his family. So much they could do.
I am afraid, that (considering TV shows lately released) it'll be a sh!tshow in a first place. Abusing brand, disjointed from lore and world we know and love, filled with what Netflix love...
