Falco has a weird property where if he falls through a platform and immediately back-airs a shielded opponent, he stays on the platform. It's weird, and janky
It is a tech where you have to do a frame perfect Bair after falling through the platofrm and the ECB updates on frame 10 and then it will be above the platform and teleport you back on top.

i would say no. i did it a sort of imperfect way that uses fox's shield DI to help push falco off the ledge so you would need to have two people doing doing TAS perfect inputs. A regular PPCLC would take god level perfection in the controller inputs. its too much.
I mean, TAS gameplay is made by a human. The person who made this tas gameplay did the taunt. TAS is called Tool assisted speedrun, so player manually put in inputs that are frame perfect and had the program replay those inputs.

Dolphin 4.0.2. That is the one i use, because my computer cant handle the newer ones, but i would definetely recommend the newer ones.
