Love your kitty. I had an all white cat. His name was soda pop because he loved 7 up. Unfortunately he passed away a few years ago but I had the pleasure of having him to love for 23 years.
I have an all white cat also. I named her Baby. She is very talkative and listens to everything you say, and it is like she is answering me. She is more like a dog following and acting.
I thought the designs were charming. I loved the bells and beads. So many uses. Hung from a doorknob or pulls on a china closet. Several gathered together at different length placed on a an outdoor gate. So much fun.
Love all of these...I am older now . I was huge into crafting in the eighties and nineties... I have my Mom's hand written recipe framed in my kitchen... So here is a tip some of you may like. ...if you want to make copies of hand written recipes and age them... you can also use dry pigments and a makeup brush... I actually use face powder...back in the day we didn't have dry pigments readily available...so just find a face powder in a shade that looks aged to you...and voila... no fear of the paper getting too wet and rippling. Happy holidays 🎄

First, stop apologizing, you are doing great. My grandmother made red velvet cake for Christmas and only Christmas. She took it to heaven with her. We hate that we didn't get it from her before she passed.

My grandma always made a steamed carrot pudding with currents in it and served with a hot lemon sauce.

I am so not an earth tone girl! My mother was all about the earth tones until about a year before she died. Her mother, my grandmother was French Canadian and was all about the jewel tone colors like me. I love the idea but they would be in Jewel tone colors. I also love metallic gold. My favorite color is hot pink and has been since I was 3 years old. :-)

I think all your crafts are cute and some are good to do with children.
When I was a kid we would make the wreath that you made out of the book pages, but we would spray paint it gold. But yours looked really good without the gold paint,
The bells were my favorite
I found a house shaped birdcage at goodwill (w/broken bottom) and turned it into a gingerbread house, using beads, lights, and pipe cleaners. I hung gingerbread ornaments on the inside and used an old cutting board for the base. I elevated the cutting board with small wooden legs and painted them with festive colors. Underneath the hanging ornaments I put a mini rolling pin with a gingerbread recipe. It’s super cute but it’s so big 😂

Hey when I lived in Morocco the first time I didn't have an oven. I learned to make some beautiful desserts and good meals with just a stove top. The second time I lived there I have a stove and an oven! :-)
I love the paper wreath I made one similar in school in fifth grade out of the old key punch cards then we spray painted them and decorated them and I gave it to my grandmother she kept for years 😀👍great memories
But the pillow turned out very pretty I love poinsettia

Enjoyed your video. Your kitty looks just like my Angels. Her full name was Angelina Jewels due to her odd eyes we added the Jewels. I hope you still have your kitty! I lost mine at 15 due to diabetes. She had a grand mal seizure at the vets right in front of us all. She was a big girl, not fat, her tail was a full foot long. She loved watching fire flies at night. Loved that girl. Ah the stories I could share.
Blue and green go with any colors that's why God made the sky blue and the grass green. I love the blue door.

All of your projects are beautiful. I use to have a white cat just like yours, mine was deaf, I wanted to cry when I saw yours, I miss mine terribly. I loved your sweet doggy too, there is nothing better than our fur babies.
I was impressed with the finish on the jingle bells at the end! Brilliant! It's fun to use ornaments/decor that has sentimental value each year but it's also great to have inexpensive additions for a bit of freshness. Updating pieces helps too. Wonderful ideas!

I liked them all but I really liked the felt trees, I would do them in greens, maybe different shades. I like the wreath made with book pages but I’ll probably not do that one as storing it for might be a problem. The tree made of pine cones was cute and I might could actually make it with the trees around here.

You could “decorate” your tree by substituting other colors of Pom poms scattered around the tree. Maybe a bigger one in yellow, gold or silver, for the “star on top” :)

Also, we used to do a version of the paper cone wreath with punch cards, spray painted gold. My dad worked in the IT department of a hospital in the 60s, so we had a nearly endless supply of punch cards for projects. :) We also did angels out of punch cards, where the body was made of a cone with the point cut off, like your first tree. Fun memories. :)

My mom was a key punch operator in the early 70's, she made a ton of wreaths from the punch cards and everyone loved them! I was little and remember helping her with them. Good memories ☺
