Gage Rollings don’t worry I’m not stopping anytime soon. Currently the truck is cut up quite a bit, next video should be coming sometime early next week hopefully.
Trust me I plan on it, I’ve been extremely busy and due to a lot of wind damage our shop got torn up so we’ve been rebuilding it for a while. It’s just about finished and I’m trying to work out a way to keep my truck in there so I can work on it during the winter! I have most of part two finished, just need to do some final stuff before it’s ready for editing and posting. And that’s awesome, I love still seeing the crew cabs driving around, not something you see everyday for sure.
The question I have is why would I? Updated suspension, no frame repair because the old one is rusted, new floor that doesn’t need metal work, no need to box in the frame for strength, no need for custom motor and trans mounts, and no need to swap the old frame to 4x4 when I’ll have it at the press of a button. The pros outweigh the cons of the way I’m doing it by a lot.
James ybarra thanks for the input, but that’s not my style. I’m obviously not qualified to do this, but if you never try how will you learn. There’s not a guide on how to do something that hasn’t been done the way you want to. The truck is almost complete as of now and is very close to being back on the road so I’d say it’s going pretty good.
Just sub looks like going to be a great build
Please keep making vids on it, I am debating on Duramax swapping my square body too, I just subscribed and post notifications are on
