Not sure why you can't get me through email. What email you using? mattsr@412psekustomz.com is my direct email. We have been so understaffed it has caused so serious challenges. I'm doing alot of builds myself. I have one person fighting to field upwards of 1,000 calls to the shop daily. So much so that our messaging cannot keep up. Due to the volume and it only holding so many voice mails it erases older messages to make room for new messages. I have been trying to correct this but unfortunately I don't think such a system even exists that can hold the volume of messages left on our shop line.
