Looks like a Hobbit hole. But it doesn't look like we're in the Shire. Maybe someone wanted to get away from all the visitors, well-wishers, distant relations, and very old friends.
Perhaps some mad inventor. The water mill suggests they've got some engineering savvy. Maybe that's what's powering the lights in their house. A generator powered by the water mill. Yes, an eccentric Hobbit inventor who doesn't get along with people very well.
I think I'm making a potion to get taller!😄

When websites make changes, they usually choose a small group of people to test it on. I hate it. ESPECIALLY being a moderator since I have to read and translate all the comments. This is going to make it much more difficult.
