I saw that your autofocus was hunting at times. Did that happen before? I have a A7S III and I think you have the same camera. The AF is very good and I would hate ruining it with the teleprompter
Yeah that annoyed me and I can’t work out why that happened. I had a light pointing directly at the teleprompter from behind me so I think that may have confused the AF. Failing that, maybe my settings on the a7siii were too sensitive- I’ll see if I can replicate it but I’ve not seen it in my other videos using the same teleprompter so I can’t put my finger on what it was!
The speed seems to change depending on the length of the script so I have to go in and change the speed every time I write a new script! Sorry that doesn’t help but you will find the right speed for you with practice!
I finally decide on which to buy, and sadly, it is not available. Part 2: Whoop! Found a new one on EBay.
Can we use any Teleprompter app, or just the Desview? It only has a 2 star rating, while Teleprompter has 7.4k downloads and 4.5 stars out of 5.
