Though I'm not a lawyer, I vehemently disagree with Kofi Bentil. The Supreme Court cannot direct the Speaker on the procedure to adopt in effecting their directives. Article 115 of the 1992 Constitution is clear. It's common sense that in implementing the orders of the Supreme Court Parliament should follow their standing orders.

Easiest way to resolve the issue is gor yhe SC to do its interpretation and not go to sleep as it did over the LGBTQ bill. The sooner the better. They were quick in issuing the order they should be quicker in giving their interpretation so that issue will be laid to rest.
