Psychologically, escaping a fork only to fall into a second fork is devastating. I don't think you can underestimate the psychological effect on a human player.
not a bad observation and thats true. but i think he didnt like the fact after Rxf2 white can instead play Rxf2 and even though your up a pawn the position is a lot harder to play. the free pawn on f2 isnt as good as losing his very powerful rook. so instead he took it with the bishop allowing himself the pawn and the still very powerful rook that will continue to stare at the pawns
He might have signed some contract that binds him to do a certain number of sponsor segments for them before he can quit. Idk how UA-cam sponsorships work at all, but that sounds like something BH would do if they legally can.
2nd game seemed crazy not to trade a bishop for a rook+defended pawn+threaten a bishop (after trading the knight as well, moving the queen).. the bishop on d3 is not strong enough to give that up. If they don't take (to save their rook), you can go back and you have a pawn and still prevent castling.

That's a pretty questionable sponsor, Eric. On another more positive note, you apologized for drawing too many arrows, but I really liked that you were going that far. Being around the ELO ranks shown in this video, I found the content absolutely awesome. Great ideas, great moves all around, and ... still no mercy ! Love what you're doing with this series and in general, but please drop Better Help as your sponsor ASAP, they are extremely bad news. I have to ask....at 18:50, why not Qg4? Attacking the pawns on E4 and G7?
At 14:48, why not play pawn to f5? (Bf5 was played) what's the difference between the knight vs bishop taking first on e4?
Bf5 is a developing move, but you wouldn't play it against bishop on e4 because they win a piece with Bxf5
Ive watched most of these but have never heard this Eric - around what rating do you predict your first loss?
