Hello, I'm tour curator, Mr9. Today, I introduce the 2024 National Heritage Joseon Royal Tomb Festival. The 2024 Royal Tomb Festival was held at the 5th Royal Tomb from Oct. 2 to Oct. 20. Today, I visited Donggureung royal tomb. Donggureung is a royal tomb county located in Guri City, Gyeonggi Province. It means the 9th Royal Tomb in the east. It is the largest royal tomb in Joseon with 7 kings and 10 queens sleeping. You can also see the Geonwon Tomb of King Taejo, who founded Joseon. In South Korea, there are 40 royal tombs. Festival was held at the 5th
Royal Tomb from Oct. 2 to
Oct. 20.
Today, I visited Donggureung
royal tomb.
Donggureung is a royal tomb
county located in Guri City,
Gyeonggi Province.
It means the 9th Royal Tomb
in the east.
It is the largest royal tomb in
Joseon with 7 kings and 10
queens sleeping.
You can also see the
Geonwon Tomb of King
Taejo, who founded Joseon.
In South Korea, there are 40
royal tombs.
