Syed Nayeem who was duped for Rs/ 2.5 lakhs and given Auto of finance recoverd his money and got back his Auto, thanked Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT:
Two Years back one Syed Nayeem Uddin resident of Chanchalguda bought an Auto on ownership from an consultant in Rs/ 3.0 lakhs and paid Rs/ 2.5 lakhs and agreed to pay remaining Rs/ 50,000 after registration on his name.Syed Nayeem had visited the consultant office many times but the registration work was not being completed.
One day while he parked his Auto and went for Namaz the said Auto went missing but he later came to know that sezeure party of Kothari Finance Ltd had taken his Auto.He approached the financer and showed the payment of Rs/ 2.5 lakhs receipt but the financer said that the Auto is financed by him and given to the consultant who has cheated him.Syed Nayeem approached the consultant many times but he was not settling the issue.
Syed Nayeem approached me after which I spoke both consultant and financer and gave them one week time to settle the issue or else I will take Syed Nayeem to Commissioner of Police Hyderabad and see that severe action taken against both for playing with a poor person.
After my involvement the consultant took remaining Rs/ 50,000 and handed over the Auto and promised to clear the loan in one month and get registration done on Syed Nayeem in one month.
My request to all people who are buying autos from dealers or consultant be-aware that such type of cases are being reported in large number and check if you are buying autos on ownership that whether it is hypotheticated with any financer or not.
