Ruger has grown so much and unlike the other old gun companies in the US, they are not slowing down a bit!!! They are becoming better and better. Are ALL their products perfect?? NOPE, not at all, but their customer care is superb!!
I bought a black Wrangler about a month after they were first released. It is awesome to say the least, but I might have to get one of these to keep it company ;)
Good video. Clean your gun and it will work perfectly. I have one of that model and it works perfectly. Dry firing is a no no. Unless you have a Diamondback.
Well, cleaning it wasn't the issue, a damaged cylinder was. I didn't dry fire it, it came to me that way from the previous owner. The sad thing is that the manual itself says clearly that dry firing is safe!!! That is something Ruger needs to fix!!
Heritage Roughrider is another good budget gun but Ruger is my favorite. With the Roughrider. They have lousy customer service. They charge you for everything. And some of their customer service agents have bad attitudes. Ruger is by far the better and has better customer service
I've never had to deal with the Customer Service at Heritage, so I can't say one way or another, I was VERY happy with the way Ruger dealt with my issue.

I love Ruger but a good lawsuit would probably fix their misleading and false information on their owners manual. It is a disregard for the safety of the user.
No need to sue them, they are fixing these NO CHARGE, no questions asked, they just send you a new cylinder. Now, if they would blame you and make you pay, THAT is actionable. But they are taking care of folks. It's their manual that says it's cool to Dry Fire.
@Yamil R. Sued Thank you. I was getting butter hurt over this, sorry for my ignorance. I just see this often and its weird they keep including it on their OM but the reason I love Ruger is because their Customer Service

Good going, Yamil! I have been a Ruger fan since 1968 and for all the reasons you mentioned. That's a fine revolver.

Oh, you need one in every color!!
I am going on three Wranglers. Just ordered the super Wrangler which has a magnum cylinder. They are really nice for what you pay.
They're a superb buy!! All of them are great!!
More single action reviews ! THANK YOU 😊
I will follow up on this revolver for sure!!
Had my eye on one of these im gonna have to pull the trigger now!!
These are REALLY FUN!! Great for Hiking with some Snake Shot!!
Triple k also makes a nice leather holster for the Ruger Wrangler birdshead grip model
I stick to Galco, Higher quality, IMHO!!

Indeed, really fun to shoot too!!
Awesome , I hope to find me one of these in that Burnt Bronze color . Thank you for the good review pard 🤠👍👍

RUGER has some of the absolute best customer service, in the industry. Followed closely by Walther, Canik and S&W.

When is Ruger gonna make a 22 mag cylinder for the Wrangler!!?!??? That's the real question.
I see that more of an accessory, not included with the Revolver, to keep initial costs down!!
They stated the frame may not handle it.
The are making "super wrangler" now with magnum
Now
Same thing happened to me. 5 star they sent me a new cylinder in a few days I had a new cylinder
Good, they DO have the best customer service in the industry
Actually it IS Rugers fault because it clearly states in the manual that its ok to dry fire
Maybe they didn't know?? It is a BIG miscommunication for sure!!

Well that’s good to know, what the heck.
This happens, I don't know why their instruction manual says what it says, I bet they will get it fixed soon!!
It was there fault because in there instructions they advertised as safe to dryer fire as a selling point , guess what not true , so yea there fault
Ya, that was a fail!!
Don't dry fire it.
I wouldn't, I actually didn't, I got it from someone else like that, but.. One of these days Ruger should fix their Instruction manual about that!!
