I am not sure, maybe taking off valve, and using a magnet.

I think what is inside is half of a rubber valve that the previous owner of the ball left inside when switching.@@alexrandomevents5640

I haven’t seen the tool for sale in a couple of years. You might be able to build your own with the back of a nail.
