Winch Mods on the XJ

I removed the front bumper to improve the bumper mounts and while I had it off, I decided to remove the Winch Control box from the top of the winch and install it remotely. XJs are know to be prone to overheating, so I don't want to impede airflow into the radiator. This is what I came up with.
