Anastasia is very delightful great film; people say it's trying to be like a Disney movie, but I personally disagree. The film is great as it is with the choices they made; people who said the opposite, they just didn't like it. Anastasia is not similar to any other Disney princesses who's looking for more, she just looking for her true identity.
Looking for her true identity was fascinating, but I think it could have been grander if we saw more psychological issues, after all she witnessed the horrors of Rasputin. It would been epic if we saw a scene of where she almost beaten someone who tried to assault her before stopping and draw back to the realm of sanity.
And she given up her title to be with the man she love. No disney movie does that (or dares to do so). Anastasia movie has Disney formula, but Don Bluth making it their own and making it unique to them
0:26-0:50, beautifully done. It made me think there was a long lost Don Bluth movie that we've never seen before. I wish there were more of Don Bluth's animated movies today, I miss his magical drawing of 2D animation.

The concept art looks very much like the real Anastasia. I can see why the changed the hair to a dramatic vibrant red. Separating the real person to a cartoon character.
@@luisthekingjaime94 Disney is starting to buy lots of things now, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, the Simpsons, ect ect. Only goes to show what greed and a hunger for power can do to you.
I like Don Bluth and his movies my favorite ones are All Dogs Go To Heaven and The Land Before Time. I wish his movies got more love they're very underrated masterpieces and if he can't continue them hopefully he can get someone who can like someone who is related to him or something. I wouldn't mind some remake versions of his movies as long as they don't suck especially remake versions of my two personal favorite ones.
I need to bring the golden age back to the world. But this time we need to keep pushing the magic further towards the light of the future. There is makings of greatness with all of us, we just need the right push to make it so. This i can highly approve of. Let's fight back together and say that we don't need these soulless remakes and CGI sequels and bring back the light together! It's destroying everything if we don't turn things around for the better. You see with Disney, you see it happen everywhere. They are so desperate for destroying we hold dear to our hearts. We need to take action right now. They used to be so grand and full of love and soul put into it. As time flies by, these gradually faded away in favor of soulless remakes and political narratives. It's getting to the breaking point that people are fed up with the horrific and start to leave them behind. These live-action remakes doesn't capture the magic of the originals and have suffered a lot of problems later down the line. It has got way worse ever since and they're going down the path of self-destruction. It's terrblie nowadays that Disney made live-action films are money-making machines rather than re-showing old classic films from the Renaissance era to theaters. They're manufactured slop of gray goo with no taste or smell whatsoever.I didn't like Disney already hired a teenager African American girl who will portrayed as Ariel and she's not a good fit for Ariel. Every live-action film ever made has almost all wrong actors, the CGI look so overused, etc. I've been ignored about Disney continues making more live action remakes of their 2-D animated classic movies that I grew up with ever since I was toddler and younger ages in 2000s era. Same with upcoming The Little Mermaid live action remake, it doesn't capture the magic of the original 2-D animated style The Little Mermaid at all, it's sound more like insulting or make fun of 2-D animated counterpart.

Same. He is trying to bring back 2D animation but I’m keeping my expectations quite low as he should focus on his health at this point.. :)

Even this early version of Anastasia.... it kinda has that contemporary take to what everyone knows today of Anya in the stage version.
So funny how in their test animation it looks like Anya had a little pet weasel or mink instead of dog

Don Bluth is a legend.
Kind of sad that Disney bought his movie

This may sound controversial but I think Don Bluth is the George Lucas of Animation
This is so cool!
Do they have that animation available
Love.
Today's Cartoons and movies are more about making sure they are "Inclusive" than creating masterpieces.
No more Don Bluth animated films
Ah,so cool, thanks, stay blessed all in Jesus shalom
They should have stuck with the brown
