It's not all about a doctorate degree or PHD, all what Tshwane residents need is timely quality service delivery, diligent governance, zero cortuption and effective communication regarding the metro's affairs and challenges like water and electricity outrages. Diligent , experienced , hardworking, and a mayor who's knows her story regarding the importance of the residents of the city, especially townships service delivery. Streetlights have been dysfunctional since 2023, with no feedback for repairs. Will be watching the space, Dr Moya.

@Snazzydoll440 This is a highly unrealistic approach to that matter. For example the DA took over Cape Town in 2004 and the entirety of the Western Cape since 2008. The Western Cape is the best run province because it was worked on for 20 years. You can't expect a new administration, that hasn't even served its full term to fix the mess the ANC had made in the capital pre- 2016.
Don't be a hypocrite. You cannot expect any party to make immediate turn arounds in less than 10 years.
Sodi benefited from DA though, not ANC. That Sodi tender on water treatment plant was given by DA, not ANC
