Here is how you add shortcut-buttons for any windows program (at least in windows 7 and earlier, and im guessing it still works). First create a shortcut to the program you want a kryboard shortcut to. Then right click the shortcut, and go to properties. A window will pop up, where you can add a CTRL+ALT+[button of your choice] shortcut.
Pretty sweet if you have something like a PS4 or Xbox controller, so you can create a macro (in steam or editing software for your controller) where you assign this combination of buttons to a single button...

Thank you... I watched half a dozen these moronic short cut key videos for the onscreen keyboard and they all just simply follow the normal path to the onscreen keyboard... Apparently they do not understand the term "shortcut key"... lol
Nuts... Doesn't work with Win 10, it has the shortcut key window and has "none" there, but you are not allowed to enter a shortcut key combination for some reason.
