The Omnitrix comes with a "safe mode" that adapts the alien to the conditions of the planet. Short answer: the Omnitrix makes it so Goop can move around, since Goops homeplanet doesn't has a gravity like earths.
I like vilgax goop voice and I admit that it was a good idea to trick vilgax into turning into goop cause don't take it personally and no offense but goop is the weakest
