I use a Traders Joe’s flat bread with their garlic spread. Top with marinated artichokes diced, tomatoes diced, red onion and Parmesan cheese. When baked drizzle with balsamic reduction.

Hi Amber, I just started watching your videos last night, and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy them. Mandy, from Mandy in the Making, recommends your channel often. I just found her not long ago. at any rate, I watched your video from last Easer, and I had a few comments: 1) I don't like fruit in my salads either, but I will allow strawberries. THE BEST Strawberry salad is Strawberries, Spinach, maybe a smidge of Red Onion, maybe some couscous, and for the dressing you mix a little Strawberry preserves with some Strawberry Balsamic dressing and dress the salad just before eating. SO Good! 2) My son doesn't like Ham (or Turkey) so we also really enjoy Corned Beef. I also do mine in the Crockpot as well, but I throw my cabbage right in with it. It doesn't turn to mush. Yum! 3) The last thing was about shelling hard-boiled eggs. You were almost there... After boiling the eggs in a sauce pan, dump out the water, put the lid on the pan, and SHAKE! Make sure every shell is broken. Then add cold water and ice and let them soak. This allows the water to get under the shell and provide lift for the shells. The more the shells are smashed, the easier they peel. I LOVE the verses at the end, and I love to see how both you and Mandy are witnessing through UA-cam and proclaiming God's truth! You are relatable!!That’s what I would do! Lol! I’m glad you left that in and didn’t take it out! Awesome recipes. I’ll have to try the flatbread the way you did it because I usually put my flatbread in to brown it a bit first, and then I add the toppings and put it back into the oven to cook the toppings, but yours crust look pretty brown. I have a pizza steel and I cook it on that. It gives it a nice bottom crust.

I am definitely a fig fan and a proscuitto fan. In UK Arugula is called Rocket and yes, I like that too lol. All the little changes. Love that fig flatbread you're making. I don't know if you can get it in the US but another peppery little plant is water cress, you can get it here bagged on in a little growing tub. Its fabulous in things like egg salad. Oh! should have said and yes, I do like goats cheese and feta cheese. I'm not really a chicken fan, I can only eat boneless and skinless chicken breasts, I know, boring lol. Is Good Chop better than Butcher Box? I tried Butcher Box and was not impressed. My chicken breasts were very TOUGH. And had a couple packages of meat that were open. Plus, they give new member all these freebies/deals. What about the old members. Just wondering if you have tried both?

I love prosciutto but I can't do goat cheese. I used to work on a goat farm. I took care of the goats and milked them and helped deliver the baby goats. I milked the goats and the lady I worked for would use it and make goat cheese and goat milk soap and all sorts of atuff. Thr smell of the goat fatm was so strong I ca t get the smell out of my head. Ive tried to like goat cheese but I just can't. The farm traumatized me lolbut I do still LOVE goats
