Australian Musician editor Greg Phillips sat down with Dublin based singer songwriter Dermot Kennedy for a chat while he was on tour in Australia. Dermot nailed it when he said "it might be a testament to that we put on a good show" and particularly when he said "they might come to a show and the next time bring a friend". I saw him in Portland during November or 2018 (he'd been one of my favorites) and I attended with a friend who knew him as well. We're going to see him in April and we're bringing a pack because the show was life changing. It's an environment that I've never felt before..
