  • The focus of this exercise is upper back and rear delts. Using a rope attachment or a double handle attachment where the handles have length to them, set the cable pulley near eye level. Holding onto the ends of the attachment with your palms facing the floor, take a couple steps back off the pulley. Set your feet up in a balance stance with a soft knee bend, and your chest and shoulders back. Then pull your arms straight back towards your body keeping your elbows at shoulder height.
