➡️Ingredients and method
Chicken 500grams boneless cubes.
Yogurt (Dahi) 2 Tbsps.
Turmeric (Haldi)powder 1/2 Tsp
Red (Lal mirch)chilli powder 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
Salt(Namak) 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
Garlic (Lehson)powder 1 Tsp.
Ginger (Adrak)powder 1/2 Tsp.
Lemon (lemo)juice 1 Tbsp.
Coriander (Sukha Dhaniya)powder 1 Tsp.
Cumin (Zeera) powder 1 Tsp.
All spice/Garam masala 1/2 Tsp.
Mix well .
Leave for marination for 1/2 hour.
For cooking
Oil 1/2 cup.
Fry chicken on medium high flame.
And keep aside.
Add 1 big onion (Pyaz) Sliced.
Cook till golden.
Add ginger garlic 1 Tbsp.
Saute.
Add 3 medium tomatoes (you can add tomato puree).
fry for just 2 minutes.
then add water 1/2 cup.
cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mash the Masala with spatula.
2 Tbsps biryani masala.
Green chillies 2 to 3.
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Add chicken tikka.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then preheat charcoal (koela) on stove put in a pot placed in middle of chicken tikka curry.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Separate more than 1/2 of tikka masala.
Add boiled rice.( 750grams) boiled 90% .
Add alternate layer .
In last add food colour,mint leaves.
Cover well no heat loss.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame in last 5 minutes off flame.
Serve and Enjoy ❤️
