Looks like a great day! Still have my old NES and SNES (bought new when they first came out) Found my black and white Game boy just the other day! Last used when my nephew borrowed it for a school trip to the UK! (he's 40 now!) I'm afraid to check the battery department. I'd thought it was lost. (I need to clean out old junk cupboards more often)
Hullo John (Spanky) & Ostarra (Fae Fae)! Wow, the nostalgia! I’m 50, so I remember a few of the old consoles & games. Looks like a great time was had by all. I find train rides pretty pleasant, though I’ve not been on too many times. Something about the comfy seats right by a big window, looking out at the scenery, be it countryside or city. Ostarra’s braids and impossibly long hair are wonderful. Wonder if she’ll ever decide to sport dreads later on. Lol: at first I thought the title was text speak shorthand for “Nevermind” and wondered what the possible video subject could be about. 😆 Then I also thought about the Nirvana song. 😁 Hope the weather across the Pond isn’t still too sweltering. Here in Los Angeles this week is record temps for this time of year in the triple digits F, or imagine a range from 39-45 C depending on what city in the surrounding area you’re in, within a couple of hours from each other. 🥵 Even had brown outs & blackouts (power outage types) yesterday. Rough even with air conditioning and infrastructures made to withstand it. Gotta be tougher on you lot. Anyhow, sorry to prattle on in my very first comment on your channel. I had thought I was subbed already & that you just weren’t making content yet, till Pixi mentioned something on either CrapGoth or Kraken. Glad I checked. I was surprised by that too but a lot of the machines were donated and the original Ataris are worth a fair bit so maybe folk are just holding on to them?

There is so much history in Europe! I wish I could go there so badly. I loved seeing Ostarra play Battletoads! She did pretty well! She is adorable.
We never really think about it a lot of the time, I was surprised by what we found, more vids will happen with more random historicals I am certain ;)
