Bro can you describe the tools used for disassembling the fork ? I need to know which type L key you used inside of the fork assembly to loose the 6's L key bolt.
5:20 my Mechanic did it in reverse he installed spring with less gaps first and more gaps down !! And now some tik tik sound comes when I try to push downwards fastly!! Even while riding I hear it!!
I've bought a new pulsar ns 200 2017 its front shockers seems to have got stiffed, when ever i apply front brakes in a standing position and try to move the bike forward a TIK TIK sound is produced?

When the spring was removed it was like more gaps rings up and less gaps down !! But Mechanic did totally different !! I said him to do as I say but he said no problem. !!
Well, let me talk about pulsar 220.when i change gears in high high rpm say about 7 or 8 or 9 or so. The gear gets stuck and never shift untill the rpm gets low to 4 or 5? Whats the problem?

Gamer Khan it will be because of clutch and in high rpm the gear does not shift because clutch is turning very fast
Does it require change of clutch plates?
First set the clutch properly if then also no difference in then change the clutch and see
