No Russian version?
is it really necessary to censor the swearing? I thought UA-cam only penalized you if that if it happened in like the first 2 minutes. Getting real tired of YT videos doing that.
Hearing CJ going nuts over his car being towed, when it's very likely that HE stole the car himself, is just peak comedy
@@anotheryoutubeaccount5259 if that were the case, that Savanah would have appeared in more missions.
Maybe thats why they removed it 🤨
Make that DEFINITELY 😭😂
Also it's a high crime area. It's more likely it was stolen than towed.
@@anotheryoutubeaccount5259 CJ is depicted to be in many vehicles aside, doesn't much imply he had a personal vehicle.
"Some hardcore players use them to store a Hydra at the beginning of the game" 👀
Yeah, nice Josh reference. I see that wound is still raw :D
My immediate thoughts. You and ZMOONCHILD
@@isaacster5027 half of my San Andreas knowledge is literally from ZMOONCHILD and the other half is from Vadim
there are people who try this for a whole day, can you imagine? :O

It's the sarcastic nuances.
One of a very few good things that those "Hard working professionals" had ever done to the Defective Edition was about those cut & leaked mission files.
In my opinion, the release of the definitive edition was definitely worth it. Simply because of the goldmine that came with it.
I loved CJ's "Que pasaaaa Cesar" line. It's so over the top and unusual for CJ's character.
Grove street games is the best thing to happen to GTA investigators
simfono
That source code leak was like the most absolute holy grail that the investigators could ever have, maybe save for having actual game developers talking to them about the game without any NDA restrictions.
And I can't remember the last time I saw such a big screw up happening like this.
@@pedinhuh16 Like it says in the book, we are both blessed AND cursed. The same things that make us laugh, make us cry. ~Big Smoke (he was predicting grove street games)
The only people GSG ever done good for it seems
22:20 I remember as a kid in mid 2000s I once entered SF impound parking lot and found there a stuntplane. I never understood why did it spawn there, and even tried to steal it from there, but ultimately I got blown up 😁 I thought it was a very strange spawn. Maybe even a bug, as I never saw anything like this again. I never understood that it was actually my stuntplane which I took from the desert airfield 😁
Huh, then it has something to do with the air race "Barnstorming" and "CLEAR" script command. I guess, the stunt plane was indeed impounded, lol.
@@NationalPepper you know, maybe it actually has something to do with that race, because I don’t really remember flying all the way from the desert to SF, only that episode with the plane in the parking lot. But again, it has been a decade and a half since those events, I don’t remember all the details 😁
I do remember seeing a stuntplane on the SF impound lot as well, and that plane is a airplane I never bothered to take a second glance at.
@@NationalPepper in a Joshimuz True 100%+ series video, he did a trick to get a hydra early on in the game by blowing up a chasing hydra by baiting it to hit an SF building. He then manipulated the SF impound to act as his garage and it sort of had this effect as the comment had

Could only ever imagine how much hidden and unknown stuff in GTA when it was in production, very interesting to still know.
Probably a lot of stuff we see in gta v was meant to be in SA. Imagine if 3d era gtas had more time in development.
@@Nunvalt223 SA was going to have three playable characters.
@@anotheryoutubeaccount5259 most definitely, the way the story happens shows that to us.
If we assume that the three playable characters were meant to be the most obvious picks, that would be CJ, Sweet and Cesar, but Sweet gets busted and is unavailable for like 70% of the story and Cesar stops having any relevance to the story after getting out of San Fierro.
And usually the story of these games are one of the things they get to make even before the most basic build of the game map is finished, so yeah they definitely had to scrap very early on development.
@@pedinhuh16 source? or you just listened to some random indonesian/indian gta youtuber telling that there was supposed to be a multi character feature in their clickbait video.
@@Nunvalt223 or the game released a little later on the more powerful Xbox 360 with the PS2. Alot of the game was scaled back due to the PS2's hardware limitations.
The fact that this game is going to be 19 years old this year and people are still finding hidden details and cut content shows how much the devs cared and poured into making SA.
You know what's funny? I left a nearly identical comment on a GTA IV video yesterday.
That and how reckless GSG were to leave behind the scenes content in the files
@@ArcturusOTE Thats based, not wreckless. Its also normal, not wreckless.
Almost 30 minutes of GTA SA content by Vadim M. What a blessing
Dynamic duo
I LOVE this ongoing joke of calling GSG "hard working proffessionals" lmao.
As a kid I always thought it was weird how after you first meet Cesar he calls you for 1 mission only, something never felt right now after all these years finding out that there was more content there just explains a whole lot! Also explains how the impound lot was never showed to the player, it just existed, this makes so much sense.
thanks for the video, now I gotta start SA again for a playthrough :)
I agree. There was a lot of things cut from the game that would have made some of the phone calls and missions make sense
18:54 he just wanted to get that old tractor running good so he could tow some people around town lol
That whole phone call and that audio file in Cesar's garage is the definition of my interactions with other people
Joshimuz stored a Hydra in LS Impound in his GTA SA 100%+ long play. I really hope he does another episode, it was such a good series.
He didn't just store it, he caused it to blow up and land in the right spot, then he pushed it's blown up shell into the impound with 5 stars so that it would be repaired
Dude I was wondering where I saw that from, the 100% from the beginning of the game save right ?
After too many years giving info to the community they still going on. Love to this channel and Badger Goodger!
You should also thank the "hard working professionals"
This makes so much sense. I remember playing with the impound features as a kid on the xbox version. I dont recall my vehicle never being there, but I did always wonder why the feature was such a secret and very difficult to find online, at the time. I only even discovered it due to that Brady Guide!! (which I still have) and I used to read it over and over again to find new features, and I used to spend hours and hours googling. The guide also said there was an armored FBI truck in the game, and an Uzi. So much of my life was wasted trying to find the Uzi and FBI Truck...
I remember seeing both Stuntplane and Hunter in the garage, and they spawned right in the middle of each other, causing an explosion of epic proportions. They most likely spawned because of either the Flight school or the races that I must have played just prior to going to the LV impound garage.
Vadim is a gift that keeps on giving. We really appreciate your hard work!
At this point, the Definitive Edition's only positive is the internal files & Mission sources from the classic trilogy not yet discovered
And just when the world needed them most, Vadim M and BadgerGoodger returned!
Your videos are like Gtas, they take forever to come out but when they do they're gold
As great as this game is, there's so much more that could have been implemented, this 2nd mission from Cesar, if polished, would have been a good way to establish CJ and Cesar's friendship.
It's already established in most missions
This mission was meant to introduce the Impound Garage. Since the mission had been cut in the final version, the feature isn't mentioned anymore, but still exists and can be accessed normally.
This can help players explained why their cars disappeared entering missions
For Russian voice - Vadim M
For English voice - BadgerGoodger
He narrates his russian videos himself??
almost 20 years later and still giving people something to talk about
Badger Goodger should be hired by RS to be a radio DJ or maybe even a Weasel News reporter
“Hard working professionals” line gets me every time because I like sarcasm.
When we needed him most he came back with another great video
Good job Vadim and always great to hear Badger narrating the video
We are required to go to the pay n spray in willowfield because there's an entrance to the sewers nearby the police station which can be used to reach the pay n spray. If you use this path, police won't harm you much, as you are directly entering the pay n spray from the sewage via a slope.
Honestly I wouldn't mind if Ceasars garage worked as a workshop like the one in willowfield except maybe the cars you have to bring could be lowriders but it would offer extra customization in case Loco garage isn't your cup of tea, but as for the police impound it's crazy how the game despawns your car without actually telling you that it was impounded
It's insane how much they had planned for it. Even if it doesn't properly work or was scapped, I appreciate the amount of thought that they gave to a mechanic not many use or will even know about on their initial playthrough
The impound is so broken, I once got the AT 400 (the big passenger plane) impounded. The results were quite amusing to see.
I was confused by these impound machaincs back in the days, because there were not a single hint in the game about it, but the impounds in SA all worked fairly(?) well, except some weird vehicle like planes could spawn in them. It dawns on me when seeing this video😂
Love your vids, shame they are few and far between, love how you use colours and text to point out things makes understanding it so much easier… I was wondering if you would be able to do a video highlighting the inaccessible SF impound garage due to wonky collision in the definitive edition? Thanks
this actually explains why there would randomly be planes in the SF garage. i always thought it was a random spawn script that was just poorly written.
Look who's back great information man! ❤
Thank you vadim for always posting amazing videos and thank you for making badger the voice of the videos.
I actually still have my original brady guide from when I bought my game back in ‘04.
It’s so cool hearing cut dialogue
It fit/ in…It almost feels like a part I just missed while playing the game
I like your goofy version of the cutscene 😂 it's very nice! Good Video! I like this investigations and that somebody always finding new things in this very old but gold game.
Bro that quote would’ve shaped today’s generation man , damn! “Man don’t find love , love finds man , eh carnal?” DAYUM
I don't know if anyone made the connection - but in an early GTA 5 mission for Franklin you have to break into the police impound and retrieve a towed vehicle. Reference or continuation to this mission perhaps?
Great video as usual!
I’ve always wanted to know more about this mission. Thanks badger!
Thought my yt was bugged when I saw vadim m upload for a moment, but a new video is always welcome
I love how your videos are detailed 🤩
Thanks for all you do!
Great video as Always Mr. Vadim and Badger Goodger
You're Content Is Hard Bro
Keep it up 🙏
Always a great analysis!
the recreation is just amazing
this is in fact, a certified grove street games moment.
I really hope Vadim M will make a video that explains how the spawns of rare gta 5 cars work so I can understand how tuned cars get at specifics times of the day
It all makes sense now. As a kid, and I mean little kid, I would always be finding Hunter choppers and stuff down there in the impound and as a kid I had no clue why. Turns out they would get impounded after I cheated it in and died
That cutscene recreation was phenomenal, 10/10.
I love these videos absolutely over the top informative and interesting. Thanks for making this, it's interesting how so many games have interesting unused content
i need a 10 hour video of Badger just explaining something. the topic doesn't really matter, i just love to learn something with his voice
Hearing Badger’s voice is like finding gold
I really love your breakdowns of these cut missions! It looks like I didn't see the last few videos/didn't get them recommended on my frontpage, while maybe simultaneously missing their notifications, so I'll be watching those right after! Thank you so much for your work!
In the 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 there is a cactus model that was not used in any part of the map, however there are 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘀 for it to appear in las venturas, but what led me to this subject, was that in this mod to have the cactus we don't need to install any 𝗱𝗳𝗳, and that shows that yes it is in the game files so, Vadim can you do a vídeo about it? if you make it I'll really like it and more people will know about it :D
5:21 that made me bust out laughing 🤣 its the first time I've heard CJ ever complain about the neverending car disappearances after every mission. Almost like its breaking the fourth wall.
never thought we will get new content for a 20 year old game.
I was able to figure out the impound system on my own back in the day. It was awesome to be able to go pick up your cool rides and sometime have random plane or chopper spawn. I never realized how buggy it was, I thought it was just random chance. Nice video anyway.
Love this channel!
I remember finding the jumbo jet spawn in the underground impounded lot and exploding. That's how I learned that CJ's last used vehicles spawn there.
Your job with these videos of GTA SA is wonderful. You probably have a lot of knowledge about programming to sniff the codes and understand the commands. Do you ever think to create a video about the weird destination of Ryder in the history? We might find out a track to the reason why Rockstar changed his actions. Btw good video tho.
Good video
Liked how you showed scripting codes and visuals
The cutscene recreation 😭😭 lol 😂
I remember playing the impounded mission for the first time in the TTDISA mod
It's like the impound mechanic wasn't really supposed to be in the game, as is half baked, but the developers didn't have enough time or simply forgot to cut it from the game
Im dying at the call with Kendall! They nailed sibling interaction with them!😂
I hope you make more videos restoring deleted missions
Your cutscenes version on minute 4 or something is legit 10/10
Sounds like the guy that fixes computers in New York
Literally sounds like one of those Joshimuz dyom missions.
Bless those employees at Grove Street games
Maybe driving a tow truck and impounding cars could've been another mini game like taxi, paramedic, police, pimp, burglar, etc.
Yet another amazing facts about GTA to be consumed with soothing voice of Badger Googer
FINALLLY YOU ARE BACK?!?!
I definitely remember reading in a pre-release magazine article, maybe game informer, about how your cars will show up in an impound lot. Wish it actually worked lol
Hey Vadim... great video as usual. Could you do a similar video of recreating the deleted missions from GTA V? Kind of like remastered versions of the ones you already have on your channel? Thanks!
It’s a good day when Vadim M uploads a video
I love these videos.
🔥 ❤
2 Badger videos in one day? I feel like Gta 6 finna come out soon
The scripted behavior of the police, the ped being beaten, the glitched entrance of the LV impound, the bugged alarm, the police car with the hood open, weird spawns inside the garage, the strange and unnatural quotes, wow, this video explains everything weird that i already had noticed in there
i like how in the finished game there is still the feature, but just way more simplified and not even working properly, and that they choose to not even mention it to us, so they left it as just a cool secret for the player to find by playing. i remember going to the impound i loved it
It's always a good day when Vadim uploads. Thankss man!!
I remember playing the impound in GTA SA 1.0 when it released ....wow after all these yrs I forgot bout it..dang!
I didn’t find out about the car garage until I saw it on a yt short an was like what really all those nice cars I thought I lost as a kid was right there😂
BadgerGoodger Is the best narrator. Love it.
The game is so huge that every day I learn a new fact about it))
I remember discovering that the impound works, when I found a vortex in it that I was driving before
Always love Badger hearing. Much love to this channel and BadgerGoodger for bringing us this kind of videos.
Curious that the text says the Pay 'n Spray is in Willowfield, when it's really in Idlewood. Could be that something changed mid-development, or did they just get it wrong?
Huh, it is literally located 5 steps from Willowfield zone. When I was making a video , I think I miss-clicked on the map, because I remember that I was checking it. Also no one from the focus group noticed that it is located in Idlewood. :/
I think, they just got it wrong because of how close it is located to this area.
Oh my god that’s why i used to see that map icon in San Andreas role play servers. Now it all makes sense!
