---- MAKKI KA PARATHA ----
ONION (SMALL) - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GINGER - ½ INCH
GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
GARLIC - 4 CLOVES
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
SALT - ½ TSP
DRIED RED CHILLI - 2, CHOPPED
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
MAKKI KA ATTA - 2 CUP
POTATO (MEDIUM) - 1, BOILED & GRATED
CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
EDIBLE OIL - TO COOK
---- TOMATO CHUTNEY ----
TOMATO - 5, MEDIUM SIZE
BEETROOT - 2 SMALL PIECES
EDIBLE OIL - ¼ CUP
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
HING / ASAFOETIDA - ¼ TSP
GARLIC - 10 CLOVES
GINGER - 1 INCH
SALT - 1 TABLESPOON
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TABLESPOON
