1. Sometimes you have to feel pain to change..something ive been avoiding on my weightloss journey.
2.Light attracks everything..so be descerning...
I turned 40 in 2022..and it was the hardest year spiritually for me.
And the blessed year financially..so I thank my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ for carrying me through it all.

The taking care of yourself emotionally point really moved me as giving others the power to your happiness is so destructive. For some people this can be rooted from childhood, once you have identified your inner child. I really hope and will be greatly appreciated for you to cover this topic especially in the need of male presence. Not being able to recognise particular issues in life as emotional neglect has definitely had a negative impact on my life 'for years', but today you have opened up my ears to exercise my mind in order to heal. I got this crazy period of depression, I’ve tried to unlive myself plenty times but, he always help me get out of it, always there for me. Nobody will ever understand unless you’ve lived it. God really did things to me that are unbelievable, even when I tell people about it they don’t even believe me like that.

Hi Breeny, thanks for this video, I have been searching for answers on how to be the best of me, I’ve tried a lot…but it seems I’m not making progress…I’m very tired actually. I get a lot of complains mostly on the area of house chores…I’ve tried a lot of things…I’ve tried to do what I ought to do at the right time but still! It seems I’ve not done enough…I feel so sad at times and I tend to ask myself ‘why I’m the way I am’ can you please help me with this? I don’t know if you’ll understand my point here.
Also, I’m a very jovial person but I don’t feel loved most times… I know people love me but I just have this feeling of being unloved and I get moody and withdrawn…most times I just go to a quiet spot and write my heart out…it’s really affecting me.
What can I do?

As an adult, it can be hard to plan trips with friends because work schedule doesn't line up, PTO, finances, responsibilities, etc. By traveling alone, you learn to enjoy your own company, be at peace with yourself, be more independent, experience things without having others holding you back, make new friends around the world, expand your horizons, learn about other cultures & history. You just gained a new sub 😭 everything you said is everything that I’ve experienced. I ended up losing everybody that was in my life. I felt so lonely but i knew i wasnt alone because i knew God was right by my side. I started my channel a couple of months ago and ive been so discouraged because of a lack of support and the high expectations that i was putting on myself. But i keep pushing through because i know that somebody needs to hear the things that i say and I actually enjoy what i do. I havent posted recently because i was conflicted with if i wanted to continue, but i realized that i was putting limitations on myself. From this point forward im doing anything that brings me peace. If any body is interested I make videos that guide you through these tough changes and how to get back to yourself

Wow! The same exact thing happened to me recently. I lost my grandma and about a couple of days later, my boyfriend of almost two years said he wanted to see other people, so I broke up with him. It was like life hit me with a ton of bricks.
So about the looking good part what if it is something you cannot change? I was born with crossed eyes and people naturally look at me and judge me regardless of if I take care of myself or not. It doesn’t feel good to feel like you can never measure up. Thats for meeting new people, getting a job, or a relationship.
