I enjoy this ep. It perfectly continues the theme of elven beurocracy, as it showcases 1 of the core problems of any beurocratic system: total distrust and lack of innovation. It also showcases the character growth Alfur went through, as he defies beurocracy where it is hurting people and embraces it where it is helping. Alfur from s1 could never do this.
