- More than 20 years ago, Judith Halim came to Singapore and began on a journey of overwhelming odds.
Her daughter was born with heart and brain abnormalities. Her first husband left her for another woman. Working as a security guard, she could only afford one meal a day and could not pay for her daughter's surgery.
Today, Judith is an entrepreneur and owner of an F&B company selling Western fusion cuisine. Her daughter's heart is also healed. What happened? How did Judith beat the odds?

I am a person from India who goes through various trials. When I heard Judith saying the verse "...God rewards those who diligently seek Him.." my faith was strengthened. Faith comes from hearing!. And, the Lord speaks in many ways!.Praise the Lord.

unhappiness in life is even worse when there is no peace in yr country....warring, bloodshed, lost of loved ones, high-rising of societal and within-fmly animosity, ......that makes life at its worse when co-existence without bias/double-standard has totally vanished.....
don ever look down on any language.....many wld hv tout bhs indonesia was a total unimportant language.....knowing bhs indonesia brout her to d path of golden opportunities in her life....
i hv frnds who only give thumbs up for certain languages and demeaning other languages.....
any form of education or knowledge is useful in many unexplainable ways.....that it wld come as a surprise and a wonder that such wld b able to give us unimaginable opportunities.....
another very negative attitude is zero empathy for others.
making fun of others weakness instead of helping the person to make them better.
making fun of others is collecting sins for yrself.....
I was feeling so discouraged due to my present situation. God led me to this video.

I was depressed and melancholic hence I browsed on UA-cam and watched random videos. Then I stumbled on this video. Wow ...

This is really inspirational. A lot of people think all Chinese Indonesians are wealthy but there are some who are struggling too.
People think like that because 90% of wealthy people are Chinese lol. But in reality there are more poor Chinese than the rich ones as well.
Yeah my grandparents (paternal & maternal) are poor but my maternal grandfather is just lazy that is why he is poor, he has passed away on 2011, and my paternal grandparents have passed away on 2000 and 2010 (paternal grandfather & grandmother respectively), but now I am thankful to got a parent that give me good education and other things, this video also tell us to be thankful and not taking anything for granted
Amazingly moving story. I cried as a parent when she confessed to her daughter she didnt really accepted her in her heart. We parents tend to be perfectionists and it blocks our love for our kids.

Sitting here with a broken heart and i tried to find my own videos of testimonies of people having their broken hearts healed by God, but your video popped up and I sensed an urge to watch it again.. and when you said you decided to live to proclaim to the world that the Jesus you met yesterday an heal broken hearts, it totally caught my attention.... thank you for sharing...

That story is nothing short of inspiring. The word of God is quick and sharp and can heal even those who cannot understand it. We need to proclaim the good news to more people in need.

you probably won't remember me but met you years ago in hope sanctuary. never knew your story. yet i always remembered you, your husband and joel (whom i met 2 years when i had lunch :)) she's grown into a lovely young lady welcoming me into the restaurant

faith hope and love.....that was a very powerful speech....found it hard to hold back the tears, and learnt something from it.
I had the same feeling of things being beautiful outside, although everything was exactly the same immiedietly after my first communion!! The feeling had entered my heart at the exact moment of receiving the communion. It was like I was on drugs. I was seven years old and I still remember the feeling as it were a moment ago.
