Absolutely beautiful place is Albufeira loved it there
we have been going to Albufeira for about 9years, we love every minute we are they and dont want to go back home, we have spent about 6 christmas and new year there, it fabulous, fireworks are brilliant, we have always found the Portuguese people really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. We stay at Ouratlantico apartments in the new town, they are self-catering studios, there are one bed apartments aswell and apartments for larger families. The staff right from the director to the chamber maids and handyman are really nice and friendly, and, again nothing is too much trouble, if any problems arise during ones stay just mention it to reception or the director ad it is sorted on the same day, providing its nothing major, then, clients would be moved to another apartment whilst problem is resolved. It wont belong till we are flying back, we've been home 3weeks and miss it terribly. Give it a try for somewhere different there is a choice of the New Town and a 20min ride on the little chuff chuff down to the Old Town you will enjoy it.
Hi Shirley, I will look at Ouratlantico apartments for my trip next month. Do you perhaps know if you can get access to much organic food? I have found the supermarkets in some of these resort places to be all about colettos and canned stuff..

I am a Lisboner living in Berlin but I used to spend my holidays there as a kid... I must confess I miss it A LOT! It really is the perfect summer holidays place...! Thanks a lot for sharing! ;)

W jakim hotelu byliście? Jeżeli chodzi o ostatnią minutę filmu. Tam gdzie dziecko kapie się w brodziki? Jest jakiś hotel w tym regionie który polecacie z dziećmi?
To dziecko to mój syn :) My byliśmy w hotelu Auramar beach resort i własnie ten hotel jest pokazany w filmie. Dla nas to był najlepszy hotel w tym regionie i mimo tego ze ma tylko 3,5* wrócił bym tam ponownie. W moich filmach jest sam film o tym hotelu. Jedyne do czego mozna sie tylko doczepić to standard pokoi ponieważ są w staromodnym stylu aczkolwiek są duże i niczego w nich nie brakowało ale widok sprzed hotelu na ocean i piękną plażę wszystko rekompensują. Wiem że jest wiele hoteli więcej gwiazdkowych w Algarve nam sie strasznie podobał Auramar oceniam pod względem ceny jakości i tego że prawie w centrum Albufeiry. Polecam wynająć samochód na kilka dni. Pozdrawiam :)

Jeśli chodzi o wybór hotelu to zależy do jakiej kwoty miał by to być hotel, czy blisko plaży? czy w centrum? Bo hotel który miał by spełniać to wszystko to w Algrave ciężko, ogólnie bardzo dobre hotele dla dzieci są poza miastem. Ja ze swojej strony mogę jeszcze polecić Hotel Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa dobry hotel w centrum 4* jedyny minus to 800m do plaży i idąc na plażę idzie się z górki lecz wraca pod górę. Tańszą alternatywą i jeśli chcieli by Państwo być blisko plaży z super widokami, blisko centrum to Monica Isabel Beach tylko minus tego hotelu taki ze podobno niski ma standard tylko 3* wiec coś za coś. Oba hotele są praktycznie w centrum, można wieczorem chodzić na spacer w centrum bo Albufeira nocą jest przepiękna (jest klimat). Mam nadzieje że pomogłem pozdrawiam:)
@@andrzejapinski9533 generalnie nie chcemy zbyt drogiego hotelu. Hotel Monica rozważaliśmy że względu na położenie, jednak brak schodów przy hotelowej plaży zachęca. Wyjazd z 6latkiem i roczniakiem. Więc noszenia będzie sporo, tym bardziej że pobliskie klify chcemy zobaczyć. Rozważamy jeszcze hotel po str hiszpańskiej costa de la luz. Tu bardzo blisko granicy z Portugalią. Tańsze są, A wybrzeże Portugalii można wtedy autem przeleciec wycieczkowo...
@@magnez001 Jeśli Państwu zależy na zobaczeniu prawdziwego Algarve proponuję się wybrać od razu do Portugalii. Mimo tego że zaoszczędzi Państwo na hotelu w Hiszpanii to jadąc samochodem i wydając na paliwo oraz autostrady wyjdzie to samo i bez umęczenia się (w Algarve wszystkie autostrady są płatne naliczane bezbramkowo automatycznie). W Algarve jest kiepskie jeżdżenie autem, dla nas jak w Grecji. Małe wąskie uliczki, pod górę i w dół, jedynie autostrady ratują sytuację ale za wszystko trzeba płacić, dodam jeszcze że aby zobaczyć prawdziwe piękno klifów trzeba się udać 70km od Albufeiry a potem w drugą stronę Albufeiry na inne atrakcje, praktycznie wszystkie atrakcje są porozrzucane po całym wybrzeżu Algarve więc dobra opcją było by już tam gdzieś mieć w Algarve zaklepany hotel na miejscu, ale to Państwa decyzja pozdrawiam serdecznie :)

jose jose ah what a shame! They would have loved that. I’m sure you’ll have loads of fun even just on the beaches. I didn’t do this when I went but I just thought for their ages it sounds like it would be loads of fun to do something like snorkelling. Just an idea. I hope you enjoy your holiday regardless and I hope the weather is great for you :)

Chega de tanto turismo e estrangeiros...
Destruíram o Algarve, agora....Hellgarve!!!
Eu acho que seria pior se não houvesse turistas, porque a falta de turistas causa atrasos e pobreza para a cidade, o Algarve ganha muito dinheiro graças aos turistas, então há prós e contras ;)
O Algarve realmente gera muito dinheiro, um dos grandes responsáveis ou o grande responsável do rendimento do PIB.
No entanto essa receita não está canalizada para a população algarvia. ( Os verdadeiros locais).
Segundo alguns comentários dos nossos políticos, por 2 vezes já ouvi a referência á nossa população de índios ( referente ao interesses de explorar de petróleo).
Em outras ocasiões políticos incentivam a emigração... Que frustração crescer neste pedaço de terra (que para mim sempre foi mágico) e ver que os interesses e a receita está em prol da obtenção de uma maior retenção de IMPOSTOS (IMPOSTO Á FORÇA), que é pouco para o buraco das contas portuguesas.
Modus operandi mundial é criar dívida soberana de forma a se retirar direitos constitucionais, aumentar impostos.
E chegou a vez de Portugal.
O dinheiro gerado no Algarve não e nada comparado com o potencial de rentabilidade se o alguma fosse uma região autorização. Teríamos sempre a dificuldade de combater interesses internos e externos, mas saberia que a receita seria canalizada para quem já gerações é de cá.
Sou algarvio primeiramente.
Amo a minha terra, a minha cultura é a cultura algarvia,que por sua vez está em vias de extinção.
Nada foi feito para preservar a entidade e modo de vida dos locais.
Hoje tenho a opiniões de que é quase criminoso ser algarvio, pois os idosos de hoje, aqueles que susteram o país, tem menos valias que os reformados estrangeiros.
Será digno valorizar quem com pouco fez muito, cada gota de suor foi criada em vão, pois o sentimento é de injustiça.
E se este é o caminho, eu não compactuo com ele.

there are many discos in Albufeira, there are a lot of young people. In the evenings a bit like in laganas on zakynthos ;)

@@lala-rt4nb I do not know about night buses, but there are a lot of taxis at night. The most clubs are near the beach Praia da Oura but it is away from the center but there are hotels with mainly young people. During the day there are a lot of buses and it's easy to travel around the city
