- Nikiti is a beautiful little town located on the Chalkidiki peninsula that I had the pleasure of visiting off-season during spring.
The first thing that struck me about Nikiti was its stunning beaches. The water was crystal clear and the sand was soft and white. The locals were amiable and welcoming but what really made it special were the beach bars dotted along the coast. They served up delicious cocktails and snacks, making it easy to spend the whole day there.
When I wasn't on the beach, I enjoyed wandering around the town itself. It's a charming little place with a couple of small shops and cafes. One of the best things to do was to eat at one of the local places facing the sea. The fresh seafood was simply amazing, and the view of the sun setting over the water was breathtaking.

Hello Ambiencegraphy, I've noticed that you are one of the few UA-camrs who use the MS-EHB-2-MKII for audio recording. I am very interested in binaural recording, but I heard some wind noise in your video. I was wondering if you use any wind protection for your microphone, and what your opinion is on this microphone. So this it's the famous Halkidiki. It's nice, but to be honest I was expected to be more interesting. I hope you had a good time there.
Halkidiki consists of 3 peninsulas. Nikiti is located in the central one called Sithonia. It has a different vibe then first one called Kassandra. You will not find many people over there and it can be considered as somehow “boring”. Good place to relax and also for a family trip with small kids.

I was born and I live in Halkidiki. Nikiti is one of the most popular places with lot of turism. There are a lot of wonderful places with natural beauty. They are not shown here, however.
