Preparation of stock/Standard concentration||samples||colorimetric or spectrophotometric estimation.

In this video I have given an example of 100 microgram per ml stock concentration preparation using the same formula we can prepare different concentrations of stock. Like 500 microgram per ml, 1000 micrograms per ml and so on.
Also in this video we have prepared 100 ml of sample, but using the same formula we can prepare more volumes like 500 ml, 1000 ml and so on. I hope this video is helpful.

Dear madam, for 1molar glucose stock solution 180grams in 1000 ml is used. Then for 10 ml of 1molar glucose how many grams in how much ml of d. H2o should be used. Pls explain as early as possible. Thank you.
