This is fascinating to see how the vision is planned and created and then the final finished results. This one is breath taking. Using the metal mesh to create the large structures is genius. I love that in certain lighting they appear solid and then they appear translucent and dream like in different light settings. The people who put on Broadway shows could learn a lot from your artists and their talented crew. Thank you for sharing this with us. I have one question though, why do 99% of these weddings have a artificial cake? I understand that you can create some spectacular cake designs that would be next to impossible to make with real cake. I can imagine that some of the “cakes ‘ take hours to create with multiple people working on it. What happens to the “cake “ after the celebration is over? What happens to all of the props and structures when everything is over? Do you store some items to use for other weddings or do they get recycled?
