Yes, pls start teaching us the Wim Hoff method and incoporating it with regular meditation. I haven't been able to focus on my meditations for a while and this may be the answer I've been asking for - Namaste
I have been meditating daily, several times a day since the lockdown, and it has been so awesome! Thank you for posting this! It has a lot of resonance in it. It might help you start off. I search for them on New Pipe it's an alternative UA-cam you can download audio or video from
That's still good! Although something I found when I used to do 5-10 minutes a day was that I usually felt the best in those last couple of minutes -- I think it takes a few minutes to get into it, so if you're doing 3 minutes you might miss the best part

My girl friends and I meditate first thing every morning as well as text in our group chat our morning gratitude. It really helped all of us change our dominant vibration for the rest of the day and attract in a lot of our mini manifestations. Overall it made a huge difference for all of us.

Do you practice cold exposure? I can’t help but look at that river/pond that you live by and imagine going for a dip in there 😆 (not sure how cold that would be, looks kind of tropical) 🤔 🧐
