In the scene where Chen is explaining the origins of Ghidorah, Serizawa asks her what it is called. Moments later, someone asks if any of the titans has a chance against him, and Serizawa replies, "no, Godzilla and Ghidorah's battles were legend." He went from not knowing it's name or origins to instantly being aware of it's history with Godzilla.
I could go on, but really this entire script was a blooper.

there is an other one if u see at the rodan when it was the skin at the rodan u can see a f 35 be chacing by rodan it coudnt go faster but if u see better there was some one with a mashinegunany way what it will do to rodan BUT this is not the nmistake

A pretty obvious goof, but I don’t see anyone talking about: At the end of the movie when Godzilla is about to give his victory roar, we see Rodan swoop in and land, but look at the puncture wound made by mothra, it’s on the Right Side of Rodan, but when the camera switched angles, it goes to the LEFT SIDE.
