This error occurs in our 8Kw inverter when this error occured the load was around 4.5kw and the grod was also off. Can you please explain what could be the cause

Yes you can. You will have to use com port for this purpose.

What is the reason for Fault F42... AC_WU_UnderVolt Fault..I have check the values of ACVoltage=230V but AC current at that interval is ZERO.... Why Current become Zero...What could be the reason...?Thanks

Its probably due to loose connection at some point. Plus check neutral if it's properly connected both Grid & Load side.
