the cast recording has been the only thing i’ve been listening to since it came out. earlier this year, we read the outsiders in my english class. i regretted putting it off for so long. it ended up being one of, if not my favorite book. i see myself in so many of the characters, specially ponyboy, johnny, and cherry. theater’s always been my second home and dream. seeing the outsiders get turned into a musical and to hear the cast’s stories and the similarities to mine has made me feel seen and made me realize that i’m not alone and my dreams aren’t as out of reach as they seem.
I love watching the hosts of these vlogs get more and more authentic in front of the camera. They become our besties! And they are usually such natural content creators! Love this one!!
These vlogs are an absolute safe space :) I love coming here to watch all of you guys mess around backstage!! It really reminds me why I love theatre so much. My dream is to be on Broadway one day and you guys are all so relatable and funny that it gives me confidence that one day I might actually make it :) Stay Gold everyone!
I saw the show last night (5/29) and wanted to thank you for the time you took to share such kind words with me at the stage door. This book and movie have been such a comfort in my life since the 7th grade, and this show will now hold an immensely special place in my heart. I want to thank the cast and crew for sharing this timeless story with us, and you for being so open, honest, and vulnerable in both these vlogs and your storytelling. Don’t ever stop being amazing!
It’s been great learning about all the things that go on backstage, especially like the special FX . Thanks for doing this! Hope you guys have a long and successful run!😀
Thanks so much for these vlogs! I really want to see the show and I’m gonna try to go for my birthday 🤞🤞 the cast album was INCREDIBLE there were times where I had to stop what I was doing so I could just listen to it because it was so good
This show is so special to me. This show and the stunning set design is what made me decide that I want to study stage design/technology in college. I have loved the book since I first read it in middle school and I am so happy this amazing adaptation exists.
I’m 43 years old and Hadestown as well as The Outsiders has made me realize it’s never too late to work towards you dreams and professional musical theatre has been my dream since I was 5 years old. I majored in Instrumental Music Education and have just done Community Theatre because my dad was like that’s the “safe” option. Well dangit! I am tired of throwing away my dreams so I am working on my audition techniques and sending in my virtual audition for the 2nd national tour of Hadestown (Hermes). Who knows?
Hello! I don’t know if you will see this, but for the last Call Me Cherry episode, could we either get a little backstage peak during the show or something behind the scenes rehearsal on the rumble scene? Thanks so much! 🫶❤🍒
13:00 - 15:11 made me cry, especially with ‘throwing in the towel’ playing in the background 😭
I didn't even notice! That song is so good but so sad!
It’s all I could focus on. The boys do an amazing job with that song. Gets me all in my feels!

Would love to see backstage jokes/pranks and/or interviews from company management!
Brent’s rendition of “Grease got a hold” was the funniest part of this whole video! It made me laugh so hard! 😂😂😂

Did SarahGrace want the DJ to play Poison from Hazbin Hotel or a different artist, because if it was Hazbin, I am here for it!
I’ve almost convinced my parents to bring me!
Yes!!! These vlogs are the beat
YAYY!!! This is so amazing and sooo exciting!! What happened to Sean Jones? Did he leave the cast? I'm curious since you said 'honorary cast member'
