Inspiring build by a skilled hard working young man using one of natures gifts "stones" individually by hand with inner wall support of bricks. He shows tenacity, persistence, determination, perseverance, strength, patience, staying power, endurance with accomplished skills. NY State-USA🌹
Man that’s like hard yakka man ,this chap must be keen as mustard ,he works like a mule ,he’s a goer all right ,,I hope this is his house God bless him 👍👍👍👍
My dream house I want it to made from stones and rocks too with inspired of a gatehouse very solid and vintage…☝️😍Great work man salute to your dedications and hardworks!
An earthquake would ruin it, those rocks are nothing but burden for those apartment-type buildings. Lightweight bricks are the best for this kind of job. You would want to use rocks for wide and low countryside houses. This not a countryside house.
i dont see any connector between pillars and walls or walls to floors. i suppose the brickwork supports it. i'm just used to seeing connectors and anchor bolts.
What kind of bricks are they, do they have any insulation property? If yes, they should be facing outward on the wall. Or is it built in mild climate? However, having a look on the guy working in warm clothing it is not the case.
a big big difference between beautiful and building basic requirements besides its consistency , most of the rocks are not interlocking probably ,hmmm in an area like china with a considerable amount of earthquakes i think walls wont stand still at 2-3 Richter's.
HEY BUBBA, 🤫🤫🤫. I agree with you but please stop trying to educate the rest of the world. Never get in the way of a opponent when they are in the process of destroying themselves. I will also say that I like the stone wall yet China is ripe with earthquakes. 👍

Yes a herculean effort by this man, but a few hundred years houses were built without cement and rebar, houses were constructed with 50-60 cm walls only, no added bricks walls
Colonel Tom Parker's office was made of Stone. It was demolished. There were plans to move it but the 1 million dollar cost to move it and the risk of it collapsing during the move wasn't feasible.
Total hopurs ? Cost to hire such a person roughly £ perhour ? just rough figures please so we all know what this cost in terms of time money never mind this mans incredible skill more power to him worth every penny .
I can see that he is working very hard, but concrete doesn’t set properly in freezing temperatures. It should be over 40 degrees Fahrenheit (best between 50-60). This is very poor construction.
Dude what the hell are you taking about??? You gotta be one of those crappy stick built home dwelling arogant americans aren't you? Please cut it out! Although I lived in Geneva for the past 10 years originally I was born and raised in Grenoble France and as a residential building contractor myself with over 20 years of construction under my belt I'm very familiar with the region alpine architecture so that's why I'm calling your bs!!!!! I spent all my carrier juggling back and forth between Chambéry and Annecy where me and my crew built over 40 traditional stone houses just like the one you saw that courageous gentleman building in this video and let me tell you that over here we've been building houses using those exact same construction techniques for the past 900+ years besides anyone who knows anything about the weather situation in both Savoie and Haute Savoie knows that it's cold as hell!!! Yet some of those constructions are still standing even after being bombarded during WW2 and are still inhabited more than 400 years after being built All they did was to retrofit modern plumbing, electric cables, phone lines and new window frames into the pre existing stone structure sometimes the roof has to be rebuild sometimes them shingles has to be replaced other than a bunch of minor repairs & cosmetic makeovers every 60 years or so those stone houses are perfectly suitable for alpine climates sure it's easier and more efficient to heat up stick built homes yet you're missing the point here because the real reason why those houses are built that tough is for the durability aspect ratio to expand over many centuries with the intention of passing it down to the next generation down the line hence why it has to be able to withstand the test of time and in case of war it can serve as shelter for vulnerable members of the family So before sounding judgemental and borderline racist towards other cultures at least do your research first that will avoid you to get embarrassed every time you open your mouth you jealous hater you....
@@medjayalbaobab2003 aren’t you just a judgmental little ray of sunshine. Instead of insulting my parentage and calling me a racist, why don’t you share with me how the water in concrete doesn’t freeze in China and cause problems when it dries?

Looking Good I like he's Energy!
This is awesome. Excellent work. I've always loved stone homes. It gives a sense of protection and security.

What a great design idea for the outer walls to be big rocks. This man is talented and hard working.
Looking forward to part 2

The house was only faced with the stone. The main structure was interlocking brick.

Well done! You are amazing.

So very inspired by him; just One man doing everything!!! Amazing. Hoping he can get some help!!! ❤❤😂😂❤❤🎉

Very nice and extremely hard work. Consider fixing some ties to the concrete columns will help tie the walls to prevent any movement in the future. 😊
👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏🙏
Splendid work! Just wonder if the stone wall isn't too thin in just one line though.
bro is the god of working hard.

I’m guessing you don’t know the Richter scale.

Thats gotta be a COLD HOUSE..IN THE SHADOW OF THE HILL..HEAT IT IN WINTER..?.
Lol
Not a structurally sound build at all, walls need to be wider and rocks need to interlock. Basic knowledge of stone wall building people.
There are no through stones.
Eu colocaria alguns vergalhões enfiado no pilar para amarrar a parede. Desse jeito ai, as paredes estao soltas. Mas tirando isso, ficou incrível

Maybe he’s using a sort that can, in the same way that there are kinds of concrete that can set underwater.
