Most welcome, truly it is an iconic song. It may have got a little overshadowed by the more popular number "Baabuji dheere chalnaa" but has its own charm.

@@ParagSankla Yes uncle , that's true because voice of Suman Kalyanpur'ji resembled at times the voice of Lata Mangeshkar'ji & therefore , he never worked with her again . Ironically , the music director passed away on 28 January , 2007 on the 69th birthday of Suman Kalyanpur'ji .
'बाबूजी धीरे चलना' गाना तो इस गीत के आगे कहीं ठहरता नहीं। भविष्य की अनिश्चितता से उस पर भरोसा नहीं और दर्दनाक अनुभवों से गुज़र रही जिंदगी वर्तमान को झेलने का, बरदाश्त करने का साहस खोकर बेख़ुदी में जीना चाहती है। इसीलिए 'होश' की बातें सुनना नहीं चाहती। इस चुभने वाले दर्द को गीता ने 'होश' शब्द को जो गाया है मानों अंदर का सारा दुःख उँड़ेल दिया है। गीता बेहद कमाल की गायिका थीं। बहुत ही कम उम्र में चल बसीं या यूँ कहिए कि हमने उन्हें ऐसे ही जाने दिया। लव यू गीता।

Absolutely true. I believe this is the only time Suman ji sang for Nayyar sahab.
