🤔 About how much you'd say you saved by doing it yourself? 👀 I'm only asking, cause I'm trying to figure out how much should I expect to pay to have mine changed out. 👀
Welcome to the channel chanellll thanks for watching my video please make sure you Subscribe Like and Share. In my area it would cost around $200.00 but that is with a used alternator buying one brand new with parts and labor would cost over $200.00
If I can remember it was 2 bolts in the front 1 in the back on a bracket and maybe 3 or 4 in the bracket that goes across the top of the alternator oh and the screw you have to remove that goes to the battery which is located also on the back of the alternator if you need to re watch the video it's all good and thanks for viewing my channel
Well actually I haven't got it back on the road yet its a few other things I need to do before its back on the road so to answer your question that would be a negative at the moment because I have no clue yet lol...

How many bolts did you take off to get the alternator off

Hey I ran into the same issue with the connector, where did you get the connector for the replacement alternator?
Thanks for watching my video and I got the connector from a junk yard where you pull the parts yourself it's called pull a part
Do you have any issues with the 100 amp alternator vs the 200?
