In the next part where we see where the Justice League has been taken to, and the “Creator” is there, It be a fun twist to the reveal that the “Creator” character is none other than Mister Mxyzptlk (or Bat-Mite either or works out) in disguise and the reason that he had Deku transported to the DC Universe from his own was to see how Deku would react to a world that is far different from his, and vice versa for the DC Heroes meeting someone whom doesn’t know how there world works out (and the Justice League are unfazed by finding out different universes exist cause they had many many MANY misadventures throughout the multiverse) and also Alicia Spencer and her brother are actually 5th Dimensional Imps whom disguised themselves as people to keep an close eye on the Justice League to get any ideas on what wacky situations they can put them through for the show. (Also said show is revealed to be the equivalent of those video clip TV series (like shows AFV/American Funniest Home Videos) where the 5th Dimensional Imps are basically video taping various heroes from across the multiverse dealing with precarious multiverse scenarios coming to there universes all for the funni more or less.
well he just wrote the whole story before it was even made but to me I think their just going to react to videos of deku's fights and his background

Noting Lois' design, it's probably that this DC universe is a future AU or at least an AU based off My Adventures With Superman, which makes sense as that universe' characters are far more in line with the scaling for MHA, meaning Deku would be a lot better at standing a chance against them all.
