I think you forget the calibre of players that the English national team has. Any Tom, Dick and Harry would've taken them as far as Southgate has and a manager with actual competence would've definitely taken them further by now.

I’m an England fan but have lived overseas for a while so can have a more reasonable perspective. Fair criticism is healthy and necessary and prevents the lacklustre performances of a disproportionately resourced and talented group of individuals; England did not have a single shot on target against a team who collectively may earn less than one individual player, a long and established history of love for the sport and the home to the biggest and richest football league in the world. People paid good money that they worked hard for, and the performance for 95+ mins was dogshit and undeserving even of people spending the time to watch it let alone much more.

England players manager and staff were 1 minute from being arrested at Heathrow airport on their arrival back from Germany on the orders of the King. Where they would been taken to the Tower of London and hung drawn and quartered 😂 England, your luck will run out at some point. Surely you can't get to the final and win the tournament by being lucky buggers can you? I was appalled with England performance they managed 2 shots on target. It was very interesting to see how the players reacted to Jude Bellingham goal. A last-minute equaliser in a game like this only brought a few excited players to congratulate Bellingham. Very strange, I think he's fallen out with a few players because he's a bit flash.
