Damn! Surprised he made it that far into the interview, you could see once he mentioned that coach he almost broke down. That's a massive sacrifice from his coach to be with him and miss saying bye to his mom. May her soul rest in peace 🕊️

I agree with you completely, it's a massive sacrifice from the coach. And, in my opinion, he chose wrong. It's a lesson for me on how for granted we take our parents time with us on Earth. I bet that coach wishes he could blow off this fight and spend 30 seconds by his mother's side. And I get Themba is a humble, down to earth-guy, who just showed the world boys do cry. But he's probably feeling guilty as hell too. Those are tears of guilt. He better put his money where his mouth is come Saturday. Otherwise he's just a fool using his coach's dead mother for motivation to win, making it all about himself. Matter of fact, I hope he loses. Stay close to your family, especially through sickness. The rest is just ashes and dust.
@@Pellizoti I think that's a bit harsh, he's left 2 months ago thinking he had time, I mean no one knows when death comes. I'm sure he wishes he could be there with her but he also needs to make money to pay for her care I don't know but I imagine he wishes he had more time and yes Themba feels like he took him away from his mother. That's life, we make decisions and find out the end result later, he did what he felt was best at the time and he missed her by a week. Saw a prayer for them all if you do pray.

I put it right up there with it bc he was my best bud and with me every single day, even at work for almost 14 years so I definitely understand what you are going through and I'm so sorry. They will all be in Heaven together and that's my belief and I'm sorry brother and I appreciate you. UA-cam comment sections are usually the place where not great things are said, so you brightened my day but also sad for you.
