Ingrédients
1 kg d’agneau (gigot)
1 oignon, émincé
2 gousses d'ail
6 gousses de cardamome
1 bâton de cannelle
1 càs de mélange de 7 épices
2 càc de curcuma
1 badiane
2 càc de poivre noir
10cl d'huile d'olives
2 feuilles de laurier
1 botte de coriandre fraiche
1 brun de laurier
quelques bruns de thym
1L d'eau pour la cuisson du bouillon
3 aubergine, coupée en rondelles
huile végétale pour la friture
250 g de riz basmati cuit dans 1L d'eau
1 bouillon cube d'agneau
3 grosses tomates
2 gros oignons
sel
Concombre au yaourt:
- 2 yaourts natures(300g)
- 2 petits concombre
- 2 gousses d’ail
- 2 càs de menthe séchées
