Personally, I love that kitchen; I'm a little sad that I don't have room for one! I have furniture for some of my little guys, and it's really hard to find exact fits...I'd say work with it and see what you come up with. You're great with DIY stuff; I believe in you!😃💯
The kitchen is really cute! But if you want something that is truly to scale for the nuimos. You could try building the pieces yourself using sheets of foam core. Especially if you want to style it your own way! You could also use thins pieces of wood like you get in dollhouse kits. Even popsicle sticks could work in a pinch since the longer ones are only a bit taller than the nuimos. Also they can easily be cut down to size. You could get little hinges to glue on for the cabinets or the refrigerator doors and magnets to keep them closed. With the foam core you could create something similar to the piece you bought just smaller. Or you could make individual 3d pieces. Just if you use foam anything don't use spray paint, it eats through the foam.
First of all thanks for this Video. The kitchen is one of the most interesting room in the nuimos house. I love all these little bottles etc. But the size of the kitchen... I am not sure. Really like the style when you change the colour it will look much better.
The set looks pretty cool. The step stool could work or maybe you could trim some off of a few things? Probably wouldn't work on all the stuff though but then the step stool would work on the other stuff. Either way I can see you making it work. You're pretty creative. Maybe Fisher could help you out. *Great video 😎*
I ran into the same problem when putting together a Shopkins Shoppie Doll house for my daughter (the dolls are @ 6” tall). I bought an unfurnished fabric and cardboard house that can collapse flat if needed (which is awesome) and used my old Strawberry Shortcake doll house furniture pieces to furnish it. The problem was I didn’t have any of the kitchen pieces (except a table and chair set) and didn’t like how small and old fashioned the Strawberry Shortcake stove/sink/refrigerator looked. So I bought a Shopkins dark pink refrigerator and then a pink Hello Kitty sink/stove combo piece and used Barbie accessories for the cookware and play food. They also have a Shopkins 3-piece kitchen set (refrigerator, sink, stove) that are red/white/light blue that offer more options (dishwasher, microwave, etc) but were too long and pricey for what I needed (but might be great for you if you can find them at a reasonable price).
Oh, that's a shame that it turned out too large of a scale because it's super cute! But I have no doubt that, keep it or not, you'll still end up finding an awesome solution! So, in other words, I've got nothing by way of suggestions or advice but here's me shaking my pom-poms of encouragement, old school style ➡ **\o/** 😉💚
Alternate but more expensive: search Etsy for “1:6 kitchen laser cut”. There are plenty of SVG files to choose from and you could scale them down to exactly the size you need. Totally “win the lotto” solution: Re-ment kitchen is actually 1:8 scale for 9 inch dolls but waaaaay expensive. There are some on Etsy that list actual dimensions - might be good for a reference.
Yea I had Barbie Kitchen stuff and I decided to start over vs use Barbie stuff. I scrapped the stool idea. I got used Ikea stuff as it it more 1:8 scale search the Crafters group for ideas? Have a great morning 🌄
If you need suggestions for smaller doll accessories are generation mini dolls no one has Lori have a good sized furniture they might be a little smaller but rather a little small little little too big
Did you ever finish your Nuimos house? I would love to see what you have come up with. and I agree that it is a challenge finding items that fit Nuimos. I have started one for myself and love seeing what others are coming up with.
So what do you guys think, should I keep the kitchen or do something different?
I personally would return it. Look for something that fits better.

I would keep it for baby yodas
it does not look bad but get what you want if you are not feeling return it
It is ADORABLE!! 😄❤️😄❤️
Wondering….. would a little step stool be a solution?
This is an adorable set. The step stool idea isn't a bad one, but get something you know you will be happy with.💕
So cute and so adorable

Every idea I have had in my head since making this video a few days ago and I have more ideas too. Stay tuned
Nice set for a Barbie. Nuimos are so tiny. I hope you find what you need

Raise the floor make it a step up kitchen
If you keep this kitchen: a kiddie type step stool (tons of cute ones to copy) AND a library type ladder to reach the cupboards.
I was thinking library type ladder. Great minds!

I try to avoid the groups for ideas unless I am really stuck. I like coming up with things on my own.
Where did you get tiggers shirt so cute

The are kids, get them a step stool, it is awesome, I would keep it.

I'm 4'11, stools are my friend, even need one for our SUV :) or make a step
I'd steal the dishes and use cardboard, tape, and a lot of paint to make kitchen the right size.
You can make them a little step stool lol
Id return. Get something you're truly happy with.
Make sets of steps for the Baby's
If you’re not happy and for that price return it. I was thinking you can diy it but that’s a little risky for the money.
You can raise the floor like use a laminate piece or 2 and cut where the kitchen pieces are
Is anyone else bothered by the fact that the milk is in the cabinet not the fridge?
😂😂😂 I said the same thing to C.
