Knowing the crv rear subframe fits is exciting because my major qualm with the rt4wd wagons is the lack of a swaybar. I figure if I did the conversion. I'd use itr style coilovers due to same style lca mounting point as crv struts. I'd also like to see if the subframe sits any higher up against the chassis vs the wagon subframe due to crv lacking the fatty viscous coupler wagons run. My plan for my wagon is to run one of those GEAR X viscous units that mounts into crv diff. I have an ee4 and I want to keep it awd. It's getting a b20 sbxm swap here soon and driveshaft fabrication will follow. Really interested to see how that'd turn out

Very nice. I plan on doing a bit of a mix with mine as well. CRV subframe and LCAs but wagon trailing arms. No spacers though, looks like fortunately the pan won't need clearanced that much. Probably some time with a ball peen will sort that out I reckon.

Anything is possible. These cars are like Legos. You can mix parts til you find the right combo and make it work.

I will be following the crap out of this, sadly I’m lacking the front flange

So you are using crv rear trailing arms instead of the wagon trailing arms?

If I were to purchase a wago with no rear diff (original owner removed it) could I replace it with a Crv diff?

So both crv sub frames bolt right up to a fwd wagon or do you need to cut threads anywhere?

I explain in the video how it bolts on. I didn't cut anything for what I installed.

Coming back to this... so your only getting lift from those 1 inch spacers yea? My plan was to bang the tub in and then run with crv coil overs to achieve a nice ride height

Here in Georgia (prolly nationwide) if you see a Crv in junkyard that awd
The rear diff & associated parts will be gone 20mins after arrival
I’m have 1989 tan wagon & just randomly bought ITR/ctr 5lug conversion (found on market place for $500 😮)
I see the end swap being a cake walk …. The rear.. idk I’ve not seen it done , I’m going to try it

    Crv driveshaft bolt right up?

No, the CRV driveshaft is too long and the flange on the transmission is incorrect.

Very curious to see how you do the front you inspired me with your last video to do my Wagon, I have the front knuckles for my CRV on the car right now and it has way too much positive camber I need to figure out how to push the bottom of the wheels out

I am definitely interested to see how it works out... I don't know if I'm going to do the CRV front swap this year or just lift the front to match the rear.
