Welcome back to another episode of MLB Power Rankings! Today's power rankings are for games before August 21.

We added a Playoff Outlook part of the video for the 2nd half of the season! I will be adding to this as the season comes to a close and we see just how the postseason will look like!

2023 is one of the strangest years in mlb history
The Orioles 2 years after losing 110 games will likely win 100 games and be the # 1 seed
The Yankees are having their first losing season in likely 3 decades
Padres and Mets 2 of the 3 biggest payrolls with the Yankees are all having losing seasons with both metsand yankees are last in divisions
The Astros could miss playoffs
Mariners will win AL West after a 2nd half for the ages overtaking both the rangers and Astros
Diamondbacks and Reds and Marlins are playoff contenders
Cubs are a dark hourse wc sleeper

Oh and thr biggest one the Cardinals went from being a playoff lock to having their worst season since 2007 spending 100 days in last place which is rare
