I hope you have the mod which lets you have more than one spirit animal. Otherwise you will throw away the cute little fox later...

Glad to see you're back to ACS (at least for a short while from what I gather), me being another of your subscribers who discovered this channel thanks to you covering that game. Just wanted to thank you for your continued good work, patiently explaining and sometimes going out of your way to introduce new, lesser known game to the your public.
One last thing I'd like to mention is that I'd definitely NOT pick your best candidate with the most promising long-term potential for your first golden core, since as you've mentioned it will probably yield the weakest outcome. Since you're not in a hurry (playing on normal difficulty), I'd recommend picking another outer disciple with more "average" stats instead. Given her stats, she has the potential to become one of your best inner disciples over time, if not the best. IMO, even your current leader is "meh" at best compared to her. Seems like a waste to me, but the decision only belongs to you of course.
All the best to your channel and family.

Hey there, thanks for your comment!
First off, this is Immortal mode, I don't play Normal anymore cause it feels more like a Tutorial after you played Immortal for a while. I just didn't make the game harder above that.
And yeah, my second Cultivator is way beyond my starter character. Since I don't have the patience for really powergaming it out, I usually wing it and go for a T1 Golden Core and pump up the stats from there. This run is meant to take the whole thing a bit more casual indeed, but it's always making me happy to see you guys making so many helpful comments and bringing new ideas. Much appreciated!

@@Ic0nGaming I love that you made a cultivation chamber out of spiritstone. But about them being completely neutral, I remember them being very slightly leaning towards earth element. Not sure it matters that much tho. Loving this series btw.

You shouldn't let the dog mine as his mining skill is set at 0 or 1 which means he always yields the minimum amount of ore. Someone with 10 in mining will usually give double the yields. The dog is fast at mining but since 0 skill means you sometimes roll 0 yields you might be missing out on caskets and other stuff.

Huh, that's some nice detail. Thanks! Don't mind me spreading your wisdom next episode ;)

@@Ic0nGaming Also there is no way to empty out your manual pavilion. Even if you get rid of all of them, they exist in a pocket dimension or whatever which means once you build new ones they are still there. The main way to get inspiration after the initial burst is just to have as many agencies set up as possible. The max amount you can get from agencies without mods is 220m per year. 2 for each agency at max rank and believer amount.
Displays don't emit elements. Any building that has the empty white dot in the lower right corner in the building screen is element neutral no matter what it is built from. What spirit stone does which makes it slightly better than other materials for displays is that it won't gather qi into it so it will have a very minor positive effect on the tile qi of the array center.
Immortal mode hides a bunch of information you would normally get. Normally you see the travel time when you hover over the disciple you are considering sending on the adventure.

Hi Ic0n, long time viewer here. I know the video is not brand new any more, but I have one question for you: You fell all trees for the spirit wood, which is good and all. I seem to faintly remember that the really big spirit wood trees are special in some way, I think they are very useful for cultivation, charging items or something like that, but cannot remember exactly. Can you recommend unsing them as-is for "powergaming", or are they a dud?

If you manage to get a Giant Ginkgo(?) or any other of those really huge trees as a spirit wood you can use it as part of your Qi array. I don't know the exact specifics, cause I never did it myself. I saw people using it also for Body Cultivators, but here I'm also lacking some specifics tbh.
Maybe somebody else here knows more, cause that's sadly where my knowledge ends. So if you happen to have really huge ass trees on your map, you might wanna hope they receive a Qi burst at some point (this happens as a random event from time to time).
