The Omega terminal is completely a Poma design. It debuted in 1998, a couple years before Poma merged with Leitner in North America. In fact, none of Leitner's designs really emerged in the build of the lifts (other than the Leitner-Poma logo) until 2007, when they started using Leitner safety bars on the chairs. In Europe, Poma and Leitner are completely independent companies.
