This was a very good performance against a Winti team fighting for their lives. We started off well and Ottiger should've scored but Koster did well to narrow the angle. Then of course loanee Ardaiz scored for them from a header out of nothing really. Major respect, he didn't celebrate. We kept plugging away though and were rewarded a few minutes before HT when the magnificent Schürpf whipped in a gorgeous cross that just told Dorn to "head me home" which he did. 1-1 HT, felt we were just shading it. Second half and Winti had a great chance to score but Burch did some fantastic defending one on one. Then a few minutes later Max Meyer did some brilliant work down the left and he dinked it back post where Sorgic was unmarked to head home. After that it was all us and we made the game safe once that man Schürpf headed home following a great corner from Frydek. The formation and personnel we've used in our last two games is for me our best 11. Beloko and Jashari do a tremendous job of breaking the play up, winning the ball back. Dorn has been unbelievable in the last month or so and I'm so happy Sorgic is finally getting proper minutes and goals. Schürpf and Frydek have a great understanding down the left an all. Finally a word for Ottiger who has come in and made that right back spot his. What a future the kid has in front of him. He could go on to huge things. As for Sunday, listen, away to YB will be difficult to say the least but let's see if we can't spoil their party for 1 more week.
